New Jersey Newbie

Well, newbie to this forum. I'm just about done converting part of my garage to a shop and ready to get rolling. That is, once I make progress on the "to-do" list from my wife. I never realized how difficult it would be to get this shop set-up, and my lack of progress has made me the laughing stock in my house. Not only do you have to research before you buy, but assembling this stuff knocked me for a loop. I thought it came assembled! The worst was attaching the motor to the 16" band saw. That sucker must have weighed 100 lbs. I ended up using 2 car jacks with a board atop to get it to the right level to bolt together. I bought three tools that required 220v, I had to add 5 new 20A outlets, a 30A in the ceiling for the electric heater (no heat no work for 5 months) a new sub panel in the garage to handle the load, and I'm $1000. lighter for the electrician.
But I digress. Anyone know a good place to learn about sign-making with the router? I didn't see it in any of the forums.
