just discovered this forum excited to be in.
Long time woodworker currently screwing off full time AKA retired.
in the shop every day mostly making more saw dust than progress. Hope to learn a bunch and contribute some when I can.

My latest passion is segmented bowls that I discovered about 8 months ago.
last tool is a Grizzly G0733 lathe I like to think of it as a super heavy horizontal router
The latest thing to fall off the lathe it is pictured here
I own about 5 routers 3.5 HP down to 1/2 HP.
Glad to be here hope to add something someday soon .

You guys that do those magnificent segmented turnings just boggles my mind and demand the utmost admiration.
I get lost just gluing two flat boards together.
again, awesome example of your superb craftsmanship.

Thanks John it really is not that complex in fact it is just two boards glued to gether time and time and time .......again then you try to take them apart a little at a time on a lathe.
You and i have at the very least one thing in common nither of us started gluing boards together yeaterday
