Good morning, New member here obviously. I've had my axyz 4010 for 4 years now and no issues. Starting to have a few creep in now and my support from them is gone unless I want to shell out serious $$. Hoping to find answers here.

I'm not a CNC guy, but if there is a slotted belt moving the cutting head, check to see if it has stretched or worn a bit. Wear over time is often the source of creeping.
