Hi,
Just joined your forum to find all kind of answers to my questions about CNC.
I just bought a new CNC set-up from CNC Step in Germany (HIGH-Z S-1400/T-105 CNC ROUTER)
This will be my first CNC machine and don't have any experience at all although I do 3D printing and design using:
I will mainly use this CNC set-up for woodworking with HDF, MDF and Plywood 2D and later on 3D.
That's my 50 cents,

- Ultimaker S3 (3d printer)

What design software are you using for your CNC projects?
You should be able to import the STL file into your design software so you can create toolpaths to cut the 3D project.
