New sign for those up coming warmer days ahead. With Spring roughly 4 weeks away. I felt it necessary to make a Gone Fishing sign. Just applied the stain. Still need to apply the clear coat. What do ya'll think? Having to fight the nephew off, because he wants it for himself.

Not one Bit. The bits have been going through all my wood like butter. Haven't had any grain pulling either. Only trouble I have is with my neck and back injuries. I have so many signs I want to do, but my back limits my time spent on them. Happy Woodworking Everyone...
No but made this one for our 4 dogs. One lays at my side in the chair and another lays at my feet under the table while I work. The tools don't bother them a bit. Still have to route the sides and stain it. Thinking about taking a masonary wheel to it. this afternoon so I can get it finished up and start on a few more...

Thamks Jon. I'm still pretty new to this. But I'm learning more with each piece I do. Hoping to get good enough to start selling some soon. Thinking about making up a batch of different WELCOME Signs and see if they sell and then go from there.
