My name is Phil and I am the production manager at a small signage company in Ohio. We just begun leasing time on a CNC router in our area. Our mainstay will be custom cut PVC (6mil Sintra) shapes that will get graphics laid on top of them. Like I said, I am completely new to CNC routers, but I actually had the opportunity to take a 3 hr start-up course yesterday. I don't know if anyone else on this forum has experience with the material we're using? We used to outsource this product, but we decided to bring it in house for the time being to see how things go. I know I'll have to go through a lot of trial and error, but do any of you have tips or pointers for starting out? Anything would be much appreciated. Can't wait to get going!
