The reason I asked was because my father gave me his radial arm saw that he bought brand new in 1969 and in the origanal owners manual that he still had with the saw had a section in it about using router bits with the saw.Now that I have a router I don't think I would ever need to try it but it does sound kinda cool.
New to woodworking
Just wanted to jump in here and tell you guys how great this forum is I just got my first router and plan to build a table for it soon. I do have one question I was reading one of many post on this forum and came across the post about overarm routing has anyone ever used a radial arm saw for this and how well dose it work?
