Brandon; I won't use my routers on pre-used wood; I don't trust it.
I've mentioned here in the past, running a really nice piece of salvaged D. Fir (ripping) through my tablesaw and utterly destroying an $80 carbide saw blade. No injuries but man, I was some p***ed at myself for having done it!
