Old Bosch 1604 Bearing replacement

Having trouble getting bearing nut off to allow me to release armature and get to the bearing that is squealing.

I can get a wrench on it but then no way to keep the armature etc.. from moving.

Always a trick - hoping someone can clue me in.

welcome N/A...
strap wrench to hold the armature shaft....
armature shaft clamped between two blocks of wood..
take note to see if you are dealing w/ a left or right hand thread...
