On the OMNIJIG 5116 and 7116 Through Dovetail Templets there is a "Long Spacer" that must be used. Mine have wandered and replacement parts are not available. They are easily made if I can get the length of the spacer. Can anyone help?

Welcome. Have you checked with the manufacturer? They may not have the part, but could give you the dimensions. Check Youtube for information and instructions. It may cover that issue.

Yes, I did reach out to Porter Cable. Since that were acquired by Black & Decker, details on older parts have been hard to come by. That said they could not help. On the bright side, it brought me to this forum!
Welcome to the forum.
Thank you. Been a woodworker since my first Pine Wood Derby car 60 years ago. Currently, I have a pair of PC 690's for hand routing and a PC 7518 for my Router Table. Also a DeWALT DCW600B 20v that I usually keep a 1/4" rounder over in for quick work.

Just now doing more drawer work and getting my Dovetail & Box Joint jig in working condition. About to retire from by Day Job and will be spending a lot more time making a lot of sawdust.

Fun Times ahead.

Found the length on an old parts diagram
Cool. That seems about right. I have the material (1" Aluminum rod) and will cut an mill soon. I really appreciate the assistance.

Thank you.

Glad I could help. Ten or so years ago, accessories for those jigs were common on Ebay. Costs to the sellers have all but shut it down.
