Started welding on the frame for a panel saw between bouts of rain.6" channel iron will serve as bases, there will be three. Wheels (to be added to channel iron after welding and painting) are fixed as frame will roll back and forth directly in front of our 80 panel storage area. 2"x3" angle iron will hold the vertical spoil board. More pictures as we progress.
