Third and my favorite. Very ingenious how the handle is made so the offset can be changed by moving the handle. Sold this one also.

Love the old wood bodied planes. Long before power tools, these things were producing exquisite furniture and strong joints. Makes me want to dig out my #4 and #6 just for the pleasure of hearing that ssshhhhhhhhhhsss sound.

Excellent job Clay. You should fill out your profile so people know where you live.
I have an old wooden plane I may like to have you restore if interested.
Thanks, I will do that, I am in SW Oklahoma. Not much to the restore other than some time, I did learn lot about planes during the restore.

Phenomenal job! I recently bought a Stanley Bedrock, not a wood soled plane, for restore. I hope mine comes out as well finished as yours did !
