Plantain Presser/How I did it

Sorry that the pictures are so big. Ever since I replaced my computer operating system, I haven't installed a photo editor that I like. I don't like the one that came with my printer. If the pictures are taking too long to download, let me know and I'll delete them and start over again when they are shrunken down some. Cheers!
For those of us who did not know, I did a search and discovered plantains are a type of banana.

That's great!!! I'm so happy about having found this site honoring those who woodwork! Imagine my suprise when I found a plantain presser! For those who want to know more about plantains there is alot on line. Also, my friends' prototyped the tostonera that he currently sells on line for about three years. It was a labor of love for him. Enjoy the pictures. The final product is a Sweet Chery Pie Toston. YUM! And I've very proud to say that I made the one pictured.
