...a table with a router mounted above it, on rails, for making dados in plywood panels for shelving?!
I used this type of setup a couple of months ago...but I cannot remember the name of this type of table setup!
The router itself was a large plunge type router with an adjustable stop/wheel that actually rolled on the plywood for consistant depth. You could make a single slow pass...or multiple fast passes at varying depths till you got a full cut. the router had its own specially designed mounting plate with build in dust collection port.
This was a brand name setup for a high production shop and it worked awsome.
I need one...NOW.
