Thinking of getting a Musclechuck for my Inventables X-Carve Pro, are they still in business? If they don't list my needed chuck size do they custom build?

It's a 3/4" spindle but the threaded end has a very fine thread, so normal threaded nuts don't work.

Sounds like you have an inventive mind. You'd probably have to contact MuscleChuck's manufacturer to see about special engineering. I think those fine threads are the reverse direction vs regular threads.
