I picked up a Raspbery Pi version 4 and Protoneer CNC Hat a while back and needed an enclosure for them. This is what I came up with and while I haven't made it yet, think it will probably work. I'm open to suggestions or criticism if anyone would like to comment.

Looks good to me, Ed. Are you going to 3D print it or cut it out of wood? Looks like it has plenty of cooling vents, too.

Thanks, David. I'll most likely cut it out of Delrin. I've made several other small electronics boxes out of that material and while a bit expensive, it's fun to machine.

The design looks good to me Ed and as David pointed out looks like you have plenty of cooling for the project.

Delrin does machine well but as you say it is expensive. Are you planning on using solid stock or are you talking about using sheet stock and gluing parts together?

I'll use solid stock. I've never found an adhesive that works well with that material. Each half of the box is a little less than 1" so cost shouldn't be too bad.
