RIDGED R2911 hole pattern for table insert

First time posting, thanks for any help. I bought a ridged R29303 routher with R2901 Moto, R2911 fixed base and R29202 plunge base. I want to mount this on my bench. I'm new to the router game, I assume the fixed base R2911 is the best one to use but what should I do to it, buy a insert plate? make my own? Does anyone know the hole spacing seem like something that should be on the operators manual but it is not. Thanks again!

If you take the plastic sub base off, it's the perfect drilling template for your insert plate.
Thanks Doug, I was going to take it to work use my mill but ya that's probably good enough. Thanks again.

Is it a 3 hole or 4 hole pattern? My Porter cables are 3 hole, so it's the screw hole circle diameter, holes spaced every 120 degrees. I laid it out with a protractor and scale the first time, the second time I used the base plate and a transfer punch. If you are going to be using template guides you really have to make sure you are centered on the plate when you drill.
