We had one on the forum and someone ( Mark ) took it down, I can't upload a new one because it's to big for the forum ( 8.5 mb) it took some real work last time to get it done.
So to say you will need to ask Mark to put it back up for you.
many of the manuals have been put to one side but I don't know why.
It looks like if it's not used in 7 days it's put in a new spot.
many posted items are that way now ???
