It doesn't show up on the website even when you have the part number. It was called the president's special. Some who have them say they will sag if you leave them in the table. I always take mine out when I'm done and lay it on its side.

It does show up via search, but no information is included, like the size, whether it includes rings, etc. You may have to call for that information.

 

It does show up, but as a part for the $130 router table. Search for "router table", select the basic $130 (currently) table, choose "purchase parts", then go to part #47. Still shows $13.00 for the "mounting board", but $18 for inserts and $2 for the guide pin. I was thinking that the inserts and pin were included with the mounting board before--so it's probably worth a call to Grizzly to find out about that these days.

Absent the question on what's included, these plates could be purchased direct from the web site using the above method.
