New member. Would greatly appreciate information on fitting and using Router Raizer on Makita 3612c Router. Do I need to fit "plate" when using on a home made table. Thanks in advance.

You can look thru the instructions for your router at the link below. I have a Hitachi M12V with the Router Raizer & it is mounted to a router plate in my table. You will need to drill an access hole for the adjustment handle.

I have a 3612C and find it so easy to use hand held. I use a Triton dedicated to table work.
