Looks like you can build your own Router Sled like the Lee Valley cheaper, by ordering the U Bolts and Nylon Spacer Bushing from Amazon. The wood parts are easy to figure out

Yep, there are a lot of DIY router sled designs. You can make a lot of things for your chop for practically nothing. But remember, it's worth what you payed for it..
