Router table Pin location

OK My ? is: How far from the center of the bit is the safety starting pin located? I need to install one on my table and don't have a clue to it's proper location.

Hi Lance

As close to the bit as you can, To the right side of the bit but in the main base plate, not into the insert rings if you have them.

Thank you, I'll be putting it in tomorrow. I just Got my new bit set and now I'm finishing the table with the optional things I saw that I think should be on the table. Again Thank-You
