Hi Everyone,
I had purchased Oak Park's router table top after heeding the advice of a lot of forum members and was happy I did. It is good quality. I had purchased some 12" square phenolic plates, which I cut down to 11" to fit into it. Alas the opening was a little short of 11" square. No problem--I shaved it to fit the opening, but still needed to form the edge radius. Now I get to the reason for this thread. Following Bob R's advice on not having to measure everything, I found the radius is just the same size as a "C" size battery. I traced it, filed it and it fit just fine. Now I will use that plate as a template to form the other plates I have to fit different routers. Many ways to solve diffrent situations.
