hi i'm fred I recently have bought a ryobi ert 1150v router ,an 'art 1' table and a table saw . All demonstrators from a local store
The problem I have is that as well as odd bits missing the router is suffering from overheating at the collett end , and this is without a load. The 1/4 collett was siezed in so to eject it I had to destroy it. The overheating was probably the cause of the collett being siezed
The questions I have are 'is the heat being caused by lack of lubrication?
Are the bearings ball races or are they phospher bronze bushes?
Can anybody supply me with a drawing?
Do I have to dismantle to lubricate?
As I do not have a service manual ifd anybody can shine a light on this it would be much appecciated
I look fwd to members comments
