I have been milling my first project on my Sainsmart proverxl 4030 for over 20 hours.
When I resume my project the next day,
The spindle doesn't always start rotating immediately after clicking send. It's almost as if it's stuck. I can give the spindle a gentle nudge and it starts rotating!
Is my spindle on the fritz already? is this a sign it is wearing out?
That doesn't seem normal, and potentially a dangerous situation. I would contact support for your machine, see if they can replace the spindle under warranty.
