I have a friend that has 1/2" chuck shaper man was I impressed. We were making chair molding for are priest for his rectory. We used 3 different molders on it. For the top we used a 3/4" round over no biggy saw that before on a router. But what we did for the bottom portion of the molding I would have been there for days chipping away with a router. It was sorta of a profile for a chaffer bit but it cut a 2" cut on the board with one shot. Incredable what these tools are capible of doing. Just incrediable. Thought I'd pass it along on something I've learned a little about.
