Rikon Air filtration unit ( Rikon unit on sale at Woodcraft) Should work fine for 200 sq ft.
Rikon is similar to Wen is similar to Jet (and probably similar to Grizzly) and all made in the same Chinese factory
I have it's Big Brother (1100 CFM for a full 2 car garage space)
But I also open the door and use a 20 inch box fan or two (you can do that year round if you live in the AZ low desert as I do😁)

If you re-circulate the air from the box fans (i.e., in a closed space) you need the filters.
But if you put the box fan in a doorway, or window or two (if you have windows in your shop) and the fan is blowing directly outside, you don't even need filters.

Ah, yes....the neighbors😱...That is always the qualifier.
Anytime I've read about venting a blower to the outside (whether a megabuck Oneida system or the 20" walmart box fan) the neighbor question comes up.
I guess it would depend on how much dust one's shop generates. Mine ..probably not too much.
Other folks "your mileage may vary"....
So yes, it is a something to be considered.
