Hi everyone! I'm looking to see info on router jigs for building louvers. I'll keep looking at previous forums but I'll be looking on my message board as well. Take care..Art

Art, are you talking about the louvers themselves or the side stiles for fixed louvers? I've always used a table saw or planer jig to make my slats tapered. I guess you could do it with a router, but that's a whole lot of needless effort IMHO.

Troy, I'm interested in a shutter jig for stiles. I need to make the slots in the side pieces. I probably will use a table saw for the louvers themselves. Just wondering if there is a good router jig available?
