the machine i currently use for normal watches allows me to import a PNG/JPEG, set the parameters and away it goes, really easy

It doesn't work that way for a CNC router. You'll need to bring that image into a program, define what to cut, choose tooling, generate a G-code, and then cut (simplified steps, btw).
