Skil Model 1810 Carbon Brush Replacement

Skil does not offer a replacement part for the carbon brushes on a Model 1810 router. Nor do any of the supply houses that sell replacement brush sets. Has anyone found a carbon brush set that can be used in the brush holder for this model? It appears a brush 1/4 x 3/8 x1/2 to 3/4 height could be adapted to fit. I'm having a problem locating such and if anyone has a suggestion I would appreciate your information.
