Definitely need a little more info to help you out.

 

Yes, depth by width by length is needed. And the reason why you need it would also be helpful since if it isn't possible with a router we might be able to suggest different tooling or an alternate method of accomplishing the same thing.

 

I would like to hear more because those measurements you give really makes one think what are you wanting to build.

 

My guess it would be a 1 7/8" long slot like a biscuit slot.
