Not directly. I bring it into CorelDraw first, create an svg file, then import into Fusion 360. Far, far easier with the Vectric line of software and probably better results, as well.

Larry if you are looking for 3D file output for carving I don't know of any that will give you what you want.
If you are looking for a program that will output files for raster type carving then Vectrics Photo VCarve will work, it will also great for 3D Lithophanes. Products - PhotoVCarve
If you have Aspire you can use the Half Toner Gadget and produce a nice picture made up of dots. Vectric Gadgets
