Welcome Decor. (A real name would be nice.) Is the problem with your ears or your neeighbors ears? There isn't anything that can be done to make the router make less noise but there are ways to keep the sound from carrying .

If the router has a variable speed dial, don't run it at full speed. If the scale goes to 6, then run it at 4 to 5. It will sound quieter and the bearings will last longer.

Welcome to the forums oh nameless one...
the obvious answer is not to use it but I don't believe you can make the tool quieter other than running it at a slower speed...

If in the router table you can quiet it down to such a level you can talk over it.
Will require a door and a floor.
3/4" MDF will do it.
The vacuum you use, to suck the chips out of it, will make more noise unless you spend.
It's really a case of spending!
