Are you looking for more then the ones that come with the set? I added the 1208 inlay kit which give you a few more options as patterns or to use for inlays.
I have yet to make my own but I did think about it.... Might be a fun project someday.
Like was mentioned above this is pretty much the same as a spirograph kit when you were a kid. The unit I got was from Milescraft http://www.milescraft.com/rotary.html
It has a pretty cheezy plunge base for a Dremel (or King Tool I found out) rotary tool that make it into a "micro router". It works well and has a short learning curve. The price alone ought to tell you that this is NOT a production based unit but is still just fine for the hobbyist.
FYI: The 6" base plate will not fit some routers such as the Bosch 1617 that I have. I also have the inlay kit which comes with a 7" base plate, and will fit this particular router anyway.

You may want to check out the
3D Router Carver System, it's not cheap but it works great
You can buy just the template(s) and the bit...
You can get a free catalog from http://www.sommerfeldtools.com
Sommerfeld tools DON't sale the system, CMT disributors item only.
It will show all the templates, many, many of them .
It will put spirocrafts to shame ...
