Sneeze guards.1/4" acrylic. When using Lexan I anchor the material flat on cardstock with ATG tape to hold it. I'll cut @ a negative basedepth. - .003 lands on top of the cardstock with my set up. The polycarbonate is 30xs strongers so will push or lift (with table vac on) with bit if not addressed in a few setting tweaks as feed rate, lifting of tool speed, bit choice, multi pass cut and tape helps to. Lexan is definitely a different animal.
