What is the problem, we cant tell by the picture.

 

I guess you must be having castor problems. I just added some to my sander, but I went with Kreg and love them so far, plus they are half the price of Supermax.

 

Love this to date. however anyone else hear or see of this problem before?

If I am seeing correctly, it looks like the wheel housing is bad, I would replace the wheels. If one has bent, I wouldn't just replace one as they are all probably overweighted. Do you need to use whatever tool it is as a stationary tool and just move it at times? If this is your situation I would recommend these

They are rated for 600 lbs, mount with the supplied plate or directly with a bolt. They allow you to level your tool or bench through the wheel that lowers the stationary feet, seen in picture 2. They cost me 54.00 from a company out of Kansas City, purchased through eBay. These casters are awesome and work amazingly well for any application I have thought of, unless larger wheels are needed. They also have them for heavier applications. I hope this helps.
