Hello, I've been driving myself crazy trying to find a table insert that fits a BandD KW1200 router the router plate mounting holes are 70mm BY 105mm and I just can't find anything. This will be there first router I have mounted so I am looking for something good but not super expensive. I would prefer to avoid drilling holes in the mounting plate if possible.
If anyone has good resources explaining the process that would be great too. Total newb.
Welcome to the forum. Wish I could help but I've never heard of this router and can't find anything via Google. Out of curiosity where are you located? I don't recognize the flag and your profile doesn't list location. Have you tried customer service for your router or called any of the companies that make the inserts? They may be of more help.
Welcome to the forum. I would suggest making your own plate but that would entail drilling holes If you remove the base plate from your Black and Decker Router just center it on a Router insert plate that fits your table and drill and countersink the mounting holes. i attached the a link to your model so others would know what it is. 1200W 6.35mm Plunge Router
