I have inserts for both my router table and drill table with dust collection. And I was wondering if anyone had come up with sizes inbetween the 3 everyone supplies as sometimes they're either too big or too small.

How about just making your own.? :)
You have the tool to do it with (table saw and the router) they will do a great job with just a little care.
I make most of the ones I need out of .250" and .500" clear stock.

Have a good wekend

I place two side tape on a chuck and place the plastic to it. Then I turn the plate until I have the exact size of my router base. I make a number of them so that I can just plow through the plastic and have zero clearance. My plates are much better than Rockler and a a fraction of the price.

As the guys said, you can certainly make your own plates. I have bought a couple from JET for my use, as I like the hefty material they use. Have not had a problem with the way they fit. Either way.
