I could not find one piece rails for my Delta 36-725 table saw and don't want to buy the rails with fence that are a universal fit. What I am looking at is buying the back "L" 1 1/2" rail and the front 2" square tube for the front rail out of aluminum. I found the pieces I need but am concerned about how the old rails are threaded mainly the front rail. In the pic's below notice how the metal is poked in with the threads in the walled pocket on the inside of the square tube. Will I have a problem getting the few threads needed for the bolts without the protruding hole with walls? If so is there a way to duplicate it instead of a basic drilled hole?. The front rail is an 1/8" thick.
