Am new to CNC routing. What font would work best for carving the words Onions, Potatoes and Misc on the face board of a vegetable bin we are making. Want the letters to go all of the way thru the board but need a font that will leave the part of the letters O, o, P, a, e still attached to the board. Can make the cut out with Profile cutting. Thank you for the help.

Welcome to the forum! When you get a minute complete your profile with first name so it shows in the side panel.

You may have to leave tabs attached to the 'islands' of the letters to make that work. Can you use a piece of thin acrylic behind the wording and glue the loose pieces in place?

As David says, you can use tabs to your benefit for a project like this and it would look better than the normal stencil lettering you are talking about.

If you still want a font that would be ready-made for something like this you might check on some of the font sites and search for "stencil fonts". They should have the centers attached in some way.
