Very nice, Bill...sure to enjoy it as much as the walk with you...

If it falls over a lot when she walks it, moving the pull string to the top behind the neck might help...

I remember those days...your project brings back fond memories...thanks for sharing...

That is lovely. Also glad to see mine's not the only shop that is organised for me. :grin:
My shop is in the basement. That is my paint room. The fan exhausts thru to a screened and shuttered window well. Still Momma knows when I lacquer.

The toy has a 6" wheel base and the body is poplar slats glued to canvas. As the toy rolls the head and tail wobble in counterbalance of any tipsy top. That is why it is pulled from the base instead of midway up. It was made from a online purchased plan and passed rigorous grandpa testing
