Trouble with wasteboard offset

Looking for help on my 4010 AXYZ Trident. Have had it for 4 years or so and had no issues. Last week I replaced the wasteboard. Afterwards (like always) did the "F28" to establish the new wasteboard height. When going through and qualifying the tools (the ones in the holder should already be qualified but I always check anyway) they are not coming in at "0" on the wastboard. It appears they are set up at the old wasteboard height instead. I've not had this problem before. I can qualify the tools manually to the wasteboard and they are fine.
Any Ideas?
