Greetings,
A quick suggestion would be to set your feed and plunge rate the same.
You'd be surprised how much slower a setting of 100 ( X, Y ) 30 ( Z ) to a setting of 60 ( x,Y ) 60 ( Z ) is.....
Especially for 3-D cutting.
