Thanks Dan, I've used a few on YouTube to get the basics, have the woodworking addin and would like to get really proficient with the tool, I'll check out the intel you provided.

I am in the process of learning and have started to watch these videos online. Joe is an excellent teacher and has made some very informative videos on using Google sketchup.

Dan ~ Thanks for sharing Joe's Google sketchup tutorial links. I have bookmarked it. Not sure when I will carve out the time to learn it, but at least I know where to find it.

I really liked Joe's class, I took it twice. Unfortunately it appears he's sold rights to his tutorials to American Woodworker TV. Can't say I blame him for trying to earn a buck and I'm sure it's worth a fee to take his class.I am in the process of learning and have started to watch these videos online.
