That's a Dandy board. I like the orientation of the Walnut end grain , looks great

 

I really like the way you arranged the pieces. What did you finish it with?

 

I saturated everywhere with food safe mineral oil then a few applications of bee’s wax.

I really was just winging it when arranging the pieces, this is my first end grain cutting board. I tried facing grains that went towards the left to the left then right facing grains to the right but when I finished the glue up I saw one that was wrong. Plus, the next time I might mix up the light and dark more evenly.
I will say this is a pretty big board and I spent a lot of time on it but as usual I enjoyed working on a project.
