Heads up to all you noobs who have been head-scratching about a quality router that won’t break those tiny budgets as you dip your toes into the twisted world of routing (I couldn’t resist that one). This is a fantastic price for what probably should be considered a “great” router kit that includes a fixed base AND a plunge base.

This is only 120V. Which equivalent model is for 220V or 110..220V ?

Seems like the world of powertools is very divided between NA and rest-of-world, with totally different models.

Seems like the world of powertools is very divided between NA and rest-of-world, with totally different models.

The manufacturers are efficient and do not make a different model for each country, the choices are nearly the same but they do change the name to reflect differences like power requirements and cord formats.

You can look at the US model 1617 and visually find your regional equivalent. The other option is to contact Bosch customer service and ask them.
