You guys are all wrong. Look to the right of the pic. There is a brown bag. This is Ed's dust collection system. He uses it to collect saw dust. It appears to be a # 60, Kraft brown paper bag. It is gravity fed. Just put the bag under what ever he is using at the time, and gravity does the rest. So it is a "gravity fed dust collector".

Ok Ed. There is glasses, Vodka, and celery in the cooler. You are making bloody Mary's and use the pencil as a swizzle stick!
