So how are your projects going this spring? Why not take a little break and look at the tool attachment and see if you know what it is. If you do or you fell silly and want to make a silly guess that's fine too.

these are paded vise jaws. they look as if there are maginets on one side which would stick on the vice and hold the paded jaw in place on the vise

Got an old metal working vise with that diamond pattern of teeth but want to hold something without maring it? Well this is the ticket!

I'm glad that some knew what these were as I couldn't think of any good hints to give without saying something that would make it to easy. Great work delroy33!
