"What is it?" #16

Today you will only see three new "What is it?"'s. (This day being defind as to what my day is.)

Again you can look at the picture under attachments. This first post is the only one to have the picture.

After knowing what you see or paging a catalog to find it..... or using the web to. Be the first one to post the correct answer, the correct answer is determinded by me.

The answer needs to give details not just the name.

All items are sitting on a 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper.

For 100 points what is it?

Single-flute countersink:

Used after pre-drilling for a screw, they cut cleanly and are chatter free. The cone tip assures accurate centering and the cutter design ejects chips rapidly. They can also be used for counterboring as necessary.
