You got it Bobj3. It is a Wizard adjustable ratchet wrench made in "1906" It was handed down to me by my grandfather. It still works too. I used to use it to take out oil drain plugs and differential plugs on cars.

I'm a old gear head like John and at one time the pipe plugs all looked like the bumg hole type pipe plugs but they still use that type on Hvy.equipment today ,they don't get broke off the norm but do get filled up with dirt but the wizard will clean out the hole as well if you can find them LOL,but the wizard will fit them all the norm.

I have said this b/4 but at one time I bought and sold old tools

Just as a side note, most don't have a wizard wrench but they have a crescent wrench, that has hole in the end for a screw driver or bar to turn it, most think it's in place to hang it up but it's not so the Wizard took it to the next step and put a long handle on it
